Dancing with Shrimps
On Saturday evenings from mid-April to late June, Vestlandscruise AS offers evening tours of Lysefjord and around Lysen Island for the over-20s, with dancing to live music and unlimited amounts of shrimps to eat. The 800-capacity boat, ‘Funny Girl’ departs from Festningskaien at 1900, returning to Bergen at 0100. Tickets can be bought on board, or in advance at Tourist Information Offices.

Vestlandske Kunstindustrimuseum (Western Museum of Decorative Arts)
This museum has extensive exhibitions of historic and modern arts, crafts and design. The collections span 1000 years and are drawn both from Norway and overseas. The museum also features one of Europe’s biggest collections of Buddhist temple sculpture and a regular programme of temporary exhibitions.
