A subway connects the two terminals.

There are two help and information desks at the airport: one is located in National Arrivals and the other in International Arrivals.

Money and communications: There is one Banamex bank and several ATMs at the airport. A post office is also available. Eating and drinking: There are two restaurants, which both have bar areas. Shopping: Duty-free, Mexican food, alcoholic drinks, sports and accessories shops are all available. Luggage: There are no left-luggage facilities at the airport.

The airport is physically accessible with lifts and ramped access. Passengers requiring wheelchairs and special assistance should inform their airline prior to travel.

Airlines have executive lounges for business-class passengers and club members, such as the Aeromexico Premier Saln Lounge, which is located on the ground floor of the International Departures lounge (next to the restaurant) and offers wireless Internet access, fax and photocopying. Business and conference facilities can be found at the nearby hotels. The nearby Hampton Inn - Monterrey Airport (tel: (0)81 8625 2900) has a business centre and services including express mail, fax, photocopying, printing and videoconferencing; the hotel also offers meeting rooms with audiovisual equipment for hire. The new Best Western Monterrey Airport (tel: (0)81 8220 3200) has a fully equipped business centre and a boardroom for meetings. Courtyard by Marriott - Monterrey Airport (tel: (0)81 8625 5050) is equipped with a business centre and four meeting rooms.

Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz, Totsa, Sultana and Thrifty car hire companies are located in National and International Arrivals.

The car park is located in front of the terminal building. Short- and long-term parking is available. The long-term parking area is located at the rear of the car park, 100m (91 yards) from the terminals.

From Monterrey city centre, take Avenida Constitucion, then Carretera Miguel Alemn and follow the airport exit signs.

There are no public transport options from the airport. Taxi and privately hired cars are the only two options. Road: Taxi: Several taxi companies provide services to/from the airport (journey time: 30 minutes). Travellers can buy pre-paid tickets at designated airport desks.
